Requirements include: A current complete Business Plan with a five year Financial Pro Forma and bio on the Project Principal (loan signer). Terms include 15 years, low single digit interest, no prepayment penalty, and 1-2 year grace period. There is a legal fee to document and register the loan in the country of lending origin and there may be a bank fee to transfer the loan to your bank in your country.
