"I wish to thank the Dealflow Investment Network for their splendid service on listing our project summary. Our entire fund raise was achieved within 5-months from China. Long flight, but well worth it. I am happy to give a recommendation."

Our pool of Private, Non-Bank, and Non-Traditional lenders consists of a
flexible bridge and equity providers who are eager to provide lending solutions
for financially sound investment projects.
Our private lenders are our valuable asset and have taken years to collaborate.
We presently have over 260 thousand private lenders in various
sectors/industries. Each private lender in our database has its own unique
lending parameters, based on the market, time, project, etc.
Simple 3-Step Process --
(1) Complete our intake form as per your funding level(s). That's it, your job is
done!
(2) We take it from here. We push your initial project to specific private lenders
in your space. Our goal is to gain "interest" from private lenders in your project.
(3) When a private lender shows interest, the private lender will contact you
directly so you can conduct direct communication.

Secured Lending Hedge Fund that looks for the following in
transactions:
Preservation of capital and downside protection is the overriding
theme
- Collateral’s value is not correlated to successful and timely
repayment of the loan.
- Collateral’s value is not based on the successful execution of a
business plan.
- We look at non-conventional assets such as mining and energy
assets, receivables, purchase orders, securities and more.
- Deal size between $5-40mm.
- Maximum note duration 36 months
- We look for yield on the note of mid-high teens’, sometimes we
ask for an additional equity kicker
- We fund domestic transactions within 4-5 weeks
- Our funds are in house so no need to raise the money from
outsiders
- We typically keep the loans until repayment so the borrower will
be dealing with the same managers throughout the entire process
- We typically fund entire deals and prefer not to syndicate
- We do not want to be involved in the day to day operations of
the business

Hello, I am a senior associate with a venture firm founded in 2001
and ~$1B in committed capital. We are headquartered in DC with an
office in NY and are currently deploying our third fund, roughly 2/3 of
which is focused on IT. I am focused on seed and early stage
investments in disruptive enterprise software (as opposed to HW
and services) start-ups with a product that is piloting with customers
or on the market. Our initial investments in software start-ups can
range from $500K to $10M. Our key thesis areas are around cyber
security, cloud technology, mobile, information management, and
data analytics. We typically lead financing rounds in our investments
and hold a board seat. We also like to invest as part of a syndicate
(2-3 value add investors is ideal).
Prior to Paladin, I worked at IBM as a project manager on various
strategy consulting engagements as well as in business
development/ sales strategy for IBM's cloud solutions.

I'm relatively new to angel investing, but I've made 5 investments
over the past 24 months. Those investments have ranged from $25k-
$250k, and have included internet businesses, software, organic
foods, and telco/mobile software.
For my day job, I am a Vice President of Business Development for
Software at IBM. I lead the M&A for our data/information related
products and led the acquisition of Netezza, Initiate, and Guardium in
the last 2 year. Prior to that, I ran IBM's semiconductor business in
Asia (living in Japan). Prior to that, I was a Partner in IBM Global
Business Services.
My role at IBM is unrelated to my angel investing (ie I will not angel
invest in deals that are in the enterprise software space). That being
said, I have a decent bit of large scale investing experience based on
my role at IBM. I am a private investor.
